A totally unprofessional company with incominent staff. Having originally gone to the previous dentist to whom retired. I tried to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt and after rude front end staff who. Simply have no skills whatsoever in customer service I ended up facing being told I have to find another dentist after 47 years. The excuses of poor service, failing to look. After the patient, rudeness, the list goes on,,,, The company should change their operation to a fast food chicken shop and all whom think of needing a dentist stay well. Clear. I am. Mortified how they are still in business's and compromise the wellbeing of people who put faith in them Please stay very much clear of thing and go elsewhere

Very rude receptionist. She opened the door to say that I need to call. I need a hygienist but she said they dont accept new NHS clients. Did I ask you about NHS treatment madam? She just didnt want to deal with me at all. So, I called standing near the closed door and spoke with her by phone (pandemic is over if you dont know that). She said I need to pay deposit but she didnt let me come in to do it and required my card details by phone. Are you serious? You dont want to see me, but you want my money?
