Doesnt look like a welcoming Dental practice The lady who took my call this morning was absolute unprofessional I asked her if they have appointment today very rudely she said first u have to ask if ur nhs or private and asking me first to transfer her 50 before she discuss appointment outside on the door they mention they take Nhs but over the call she clearly denied and asking me 50 for consultation which is crazy expensive for that area

I am the nervous , anxious patient but thanks to Dr Sophie and the wider team , I am treated with consideration and care. Procedures are explained and options discussed with questions answered. I am grateful for the brilliant service.

Im not one to usually leave a review online however my experience was probably the worst experience I've had with a dental surgery with a receptionist as she calls to make a appointment for my check up. She asked me if I would like 10 or 11 o clock on the day in which I chose 11 as it was a squeeze in my timetable. I call in the morning of the appointment and they said its for 10 30 in which I told them I wouldn't be able to make it as I was expecting to be in by 11 o clock. I informed her of her telling me that when she called me and she went on about it being 4 weeks ago when I hadn't initiated any form of contact with the surgery within that period of time. Therefore I feel as they deserved the 1 star review, for the misguiding of My time.

You can tell this is a well oiled family run business. Thank you guys for being patient and answering my many questions with great solutions. You have filled me with confidence regarding my treatment. Service with a smile is standard here. Please keep up the excellent customer service experience. You guys will go far!! Thank you
