Been on hold for 3 days no answer no call returned waste of time.

I have been patient at this clinic for over 2 years. Everything was good as long I spent money in the clinic (huge amount, i chose high quality). When covid came I had problem with one of the fillings, it came completely off ( was done under 2 years) I phone the reception with a complain and receptionist said will talk with the doctor and I will get a call back wich never came. Phone again to find out that the doctor said is two years and out of "warranty" I tried to get one appointment with the doctor but I've been unable to get that appointment. Another 2 years later other filling came off

Very friendly and understanding staff. The lady doctor who treated me today is gentle and kind made me feel comfortable and safe.

Very impressed with Dr Singh's professionalism and level of care I received from all staff at this clinic. Having previously come from a dentist who did the bare minimum, it was a breath of fresh air to get specific advice on correct use of an electric toothbrush and interdental brushing (which I was completely unaware of) to help reduce mild signs of gum disease. All findings were explained to me in Leimanns terms, x-rays also explained, and I also received my first filling at a later date, which went smoothly. I additionally had my first hygeniest appointment which left my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I was sad to hear that Dr Singh will be leaving the clinic, so I'm looking forward to seeing if the replacement dentist maintains this high level of care.
