No wonder the ratings are so low for this place!! Came here on a Sunday as a healthcare professional collecting an urgent prescription for a sick patient. Staff were busy clearing out cupboards. One of the staff looked at me and just pretended she didnt see me and continued with checking the cupboards, I then said Hello and she said "Hold on" and she kept going. No other customer in store apart from me. They had the prescription more than 3 hours sitting in their system, but hasnt been checked! 2 other customers came in while I was waiting and were told to return after 15 20minutes. This is ridiculous !! If this is the way they handle a Sunday, I cant imagine how ridiculous they must be during weekdays. Someone in authority needs to have a look at how this place is run and re coach their staff regarding priorties (Read : customers over stock checks) !!

Horrible service worse than any pharmacy I have ever been. On top medicine gets delayed by weeks end up visiting the place 3-4 times a week just to be told its delayed :/
