Went to return an Amazon parcel, they opened my parcel to make sure there was something in there, took my item and put it into a big plastic amazon bag and placed it in a separate Amazon box. All the parcels I have returned to Amazon till date have never been opened so I felt completely uncomfortable that someone was opening my personal items, without authorisation. Further, when I told the woman in the store, she said people bring back empty boxes. That isn't her concern, the money wouldn't be refunded back to the customer by Amazon, and it would be an issue between Amazon and the customer, not the middle person i.e. this newsagent. I found it absolutely absurd and felt my personal items were invaded without my consent.
