I suppose a good facility if you can stand the rude and abusive staff who work there. They are protected against abuse from the public for good reason when they are as rude as they are to the public. Not worth trying to do the right thing and recycle correctly unless you have a really thick skin. Put it all in black bin bags and chuck it. Simples. No surprise there's no complaints procedure either.

I booked for general waste rubbish collection , They said they collected it but never actually did. Customer service keep saying the operator said they did even after me sending pictures. They did nothing else and my rubbish is still there. Disgusting service and customer care.

Unfortunately, if you happen to have a van, they will force you to pay as commercial waste even if you live in the Borough and you throw stuff from your house. Prices start at 26 pounds and go over 100.

I used the bulky waste service and they were very good. Took all my rubbish and cleared everything on time as specified. Good service! Thank you.
