        Each time I have visited the shop or had phone contact with St Lukes collection service, I have always met with politeness and a willingness to help. Their customer care is second to none and I cannot praise them highly enough. I have bought several pieces over the years at a fair price. Thanks guys, you do the charity proud.

        Staff very unfriendly..also if you bring in donations as I did , I caught them putting them in bin bags to take to thier "central warehouse" I dont donate here anymore as I have seen thier van at harrow tip unloading donations on 2 occasions we were at the top dumping our houshold waste and they were at the bottom unloading we stood there speachless thinking of the sacrafice that someone had made to donate to have it dumped!
