        The worst agency we ever delt with as tenants. Everytime we had a problem, like the boiler failing or leaking roof, it would take may days and countless emails and calls before anything got done. At the moment we have a boiler broken for 4 days and still not resolved! We resorted to heating up water in the cooker just to wash ourselves! Disgusting lack of customer service
