        We visited the shop in Harrow last week, to buy shoes for my dad who wears SAFO supports for his feet and legs. The owner who served us, was very knowledgeable and attentive and advised us on purchasing a suitable pair of trainers and boots. My dad is very pleased with his shoes. The trainers, which he is currently wearing, have given him the additional support and stability that he needed, as well as being attractive and well made. An excellent specialist shop, providing a much needed service to people requiring wide fit shoes.

        A few years ago an elderly man working there (probably a relative that shouldnt be anywhere near customers)was extremely rude because he felt i was trying on too many shoe!. He wouldnt discuss when they were getting new stock in & told me not to return! Disgraceful! Might have great shoes but appalling service.
