        Dr Shauib was brilliant ensuring I was ok during the procedure and Nasreen was also good even though I struggled a bit to understand her. She was a bit rough in the first part, but after a honesty feedback she was very gentle. Now let's see! Also felt pressured to give the feedback straight away. This was my second time, and first time was the same. Hope they can improve on that!
