        Harrow branch is a great little shop, all the staff are helpful and Ben, who looks after my account, is an absolute star when it comes to putting together quotes and sourcing materials. You can usually rely on CEF to have what you need in stock when other suppliers would need to order in, too. Prices are always competitive and they go above and beyond to compete with others. I am not a massive fan of their billing system, but that's more a reflection on my business procedure than their system...maybe! It can take a minute at the counter, but I've almost grown roots in other suppliers... I would image the 1 star reviews are from the general public, who have no business tinkering with electrics anyway. Bottom line though...they stock colour coded service blocks! Why would you go anywhere else??

        Extremely pathetic service at Harrow branch, they made my wife wait for more than 40 minutes for 6 items, as quote was from Watford branch, no one even came out to inform her that what's happening with the order they just gone inside to collect and didn't bother coming out for 40 minutes
