Bicycles Cash & Carry

I went to this place today to repair my electric cycle. First of all their timings starts from 10AM not 9am as I waited for 1 hour in front of the shop. The mechanic YUON is absolutely pathetic and a liar. He has no idea how to deal with the customer and fix the issue. My throttle was not working when turned on the battery. Sometimes it works and sometimes not so I told him to check this issue. After 2 hours he called me and said that I fixed it. I was happy and praising him and asking for the discount so he charged 35, before he said 40. Now when I left and paddling my cycle, issue was still there. Then I come back and told him that issue not resolved then he started saying yeah because Motor is weak so it will work like this (slow). I asked him why you did not say this to me earlier? Why you said I fixed it. I asked him then what did you do. He started lying and said I fixed the wire, changed something blah blah. Then I went next to this shop (tyre shop) and told the guy that he did nothing and charged me 35. He gave me 15 back after I argued. And in total he charged 20 for doing nothing. I was so angry and told him that who is your manager, call him and he replied that he will not pick my call so I can't call him. I have other work to do so instead of waiting there for no result I left. I told him that I will gave my review about each and everything here so others could aware before going to this shop. Its not a matter of 20, it's all about customer satisfaction and honesty which we can't get from this place. Strongly suggest others, be aware from this place !!
