I have worked with many therapists over the last 30 years of my life. Steve Wasserman clearly sets out his approach and philosophy on his website which I encourage you to read. Having worked with Steve for many months, I can easily say that its the first time that any therapist has managed to offer me a lens through which to look at my life in such a practical, supportive and actionable way. Steve doesnt take himself too seriously like many therapists can do; so his sessions are challenging, thought provoking and importantly lots of fun too! I came to Steve after looking through his website - it's clear that he's very sincere, open, empathetic and is someone I knew I'd feel comfortable speaking with. I've had regular sessions (with flexibility when needed) and they have really helped me grow and develop as a person. I've viewed our sessions as more of a conversation and sounding board to help work through different thoughts and topics rather than feeling any pressure or intimidation - a safe space. It's clear that Steve has great knowledge and understanding of different concepts as well as making some complex topics easily digestible. I'm very thankful and appreciative of Steve's work and know that the great work will only continue growing in the future.
