        The carers that my dad has are always kind, friendly and cheerful. Theyre respectful, patient and work very hard. If the usual carer is unwell we get a call saying another person will be around. In particular Geraldine and Mr Dixon have been great.

        The experience we have had with this agency is absolutely appalling. Most unhelpful Manager down to the carers attending to my 86 year old father who sadly passed away this month. The carer was present when he passed. She did not wait to speak to a member of the family before leaving. Neither the carer nor the manager can give any details of what happened in those last few minutes and how he was left on the floor. ZERO compassion!! This branch has no CQC inspection yet they are being used by Croydon Council Adult Care Service. Please do not accept any carers from this agency for your loved ones!
