        Amazing customer service! I had purchased a Jose Eber hair straightener around 18 months ago and it just stopped working all of a sudden. Unfortunately I couldnt find the original receipt but when I contacted the company and explained the situation they were super quick to respond and take action. They agreed to replace the hair straightener with a brand new one. Both ladies I contacted (the Jose Eber manager at the store which I had purchased the item from and the lady at Jose Eber company) were amazing, helpful, very easy to deal with and as mentioned above very quick and accommodating. I cannot thank you enough, you really made my day!
