I've been getting sports massages from Matt for a few months and I've noticed a huge difference in my performance and recovery. He provides a brilliant service and at a very reasonable price. Matt's also a really nice guy and very easy to talk to. I could recommend him more

I originally sought Matt's help to address my back issues following a discectomy. At the time my back was stiff, tense, and felt locked after years of avoiding lifting or any form of strenuous exercise. And at the time I didn't feel mentally ready to work out on my own for fear of reinjury. From the very start, Matt was informative and backed up any moves or exercises with explanations as to why they would help my back. I didn't feel pushed or that I was endangering my recovering back - instead, I felt supported and that I was being gently challenged to build up strength and support throughout my body, to aid my recovery. I'm currently 12 sessions in (one session per week) and I feel so much better. I feel more confident when I move and no longer get out of bed gingerly. I am not someone who enjoys exercise (hence the slipped disc!) but, my flexibility has improved and my aches and pains have decreased significantly... plus my body has started to change shape, for the better! I can't recommend Matt more highly as a Sports Rehab Trainer. Kieran, aged 43, NW5

Great Cross-Fit PT. What I like most is he has a clearly planned programme tailored for what you want to achieve, and takes real care in making sure you are progressing in both strength and resistance training. Highly recommended!
