I don't know what the company is like but by the way their drivers act I couldn't imagen the type of employee we are driving a visibly disabled vehicle and this van refused to give way in built up traffic pushed in to our car . No road sence

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 4 weeks for them to come fix a radiator TVR and some damaged pipework. When at last they finally did turn up they didn't have the part so rebooked for another day saying I'd be a priority because of the leaking pipes. 4 more weeks on I still haven't seen them. I phoned the customer service number with some questions only to be spoken to like something that leaves ur body when u squat.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!!! If you dont make sure to log the names and times of all workers that come to ur property and all the people who take your calls as I can guarantee youll need them!!!

Its taken over 2 months to get someone round to put a new pin in my radiator. I finally had an appointment for a 1pm-5pm slot today (after many follow up calls). They never turned up but left a voicemail 1 min before 5pm asking me to call GEM. I did, and got through to someone quickly, explained Id missed a call and gave the reference number. The guy just paused and hung up on me!!! I called straight back and have been on hold for 18mins so far Edit: I have been told that I have to call between 9am and 5pm because I cant get through the relevant people. HOW? When you call me at 4:49pm, hang up on me and then leave me on hold for 18minsHOW?! Oh and I have to call again tomorrow to log a new repairwhen it was their fault for the no show in the first place! They should make a new appointment for me if THEY cancel! On top of this I took the afternoon off work so I could be in for the repairman. Bunch of penny-pinching, untrustworthy, con-men theyre not even legit enough to change the wordpress logo on their useless website. Lol

The most useless ,incompetent company the Council ever had ,the Communal heating in Porchester square r NOT working properly since 22/02/2023 when they suppose carried out at job in the boiler room ,since then and from 29/02/2023 the heating r completely off ,and one engineer from Gem had the guts to said that he checked the boiler room and he cannot see any problem ,still the heatings r off ,GEM don t care!WHAT A WAISTE OF MONEY !A disgrace

Oh dear, mid winter and no heating since Oct. bunch of cowboys. Horrid customer service. 5th time I've log a fault radiator, They send out an engineer to tell me the same problem every time but no one seems to be fixing the issue. Appalling service, My home is freezing cold. I think I'll have to pay a private engineer to come and look at it for me at this rate.
