This is with no doubt the worst customer service I ever had in my whole life. The lady serving is been very rude to me, making me feel stupid, every time I asked for any information regarding my mail needs. Also, the price in this office is almost double comparing with other offices. If you want to ruin your day by talking to that person, definitely you should go there!

Very rude customer service for the second time, she even tell me to go next time somewhere else because I wanted to keep the security distance, (the girl attending me was not wearing a mask and she understood that I was asking her for medical reasons why she was not wearing it... and she didnt even let me explain myself! unbeliable) so I had to go because she basically kick me out. No wonder why this post office is always empty.

Post Box: outside the Sainsbury's Local. This is across the road from Kentish Town tube and not far from Kentish Town Post Office. Collection times are Monday to Friday 4.45pm and Saturday 10.30am. These times are quite early but as stated there is a nearby Post Office.
