Ash Court is a very clean and welcoming care home with positive energy from the staff and one thing I have noticed is that the residents are very well taken care of. They prioritise their residents there and make sure they are satisfied with their needs. The Ash Court team are hardworking, polite and professional. Keep up the good work!

Ashcourt is an amazing care home with a very warm welcoming team. I came to visit one of my family which is staying there. The receptionist offered me a coffee while i was waiting which was really lovely of her. I also had a chat with the manager there Priscilla a lovely young women who was so loving and caring absolutely amazing chat with her. The place was very clean and tidy with everything in order and had such an amazing smell throughout the care home. I would really recommend her being promoted to a more senior role in this Care home. All staff were really polite and kind.

I had the opportunity to visit Ash Court recently and was struck by the level of care and attention provided by the staff. I observed how they took the time to get to know each resident individually, learning about their interests, needs, and preferences. I regularly visit residents here; the staff are always helpful and accommodating and the home is clean and welcoming!
