I had a Pro Breeze dehumidifier for about 4 months when it stopped working. However the service provided for warranty replacement was excellent. I received prompt replies to my emails which were always next day, clear instructions on the information needed for warranty determination and I had a replacement delivered within a few days. The customer service person I dealt with was congenital and did an excellent job overall.

I bought a mini dehumidifier in 2018 and it still works perfectly to this day. I bought a second one in November and unfortunately it stopped working after 5 months. I got in touch with the customer service team and they were excellent. Had a replacement out on days and were very helpful and fast to respond. Highly recommended company.
