If I could give 6-stars, I would! We just purchased our first flat and Winkworth represented the buyer. Andrew was always extremely responsive and helped get all of the answers we needed. We ran in to a couple of unexpected road blocks at the end of the transaction, and while the clock was ticking down, Andrew went above and beyond, working tirelessly to coordinate with all parties to get the paper work we needed. He's extremely pro-active and didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and problem solve along with us. When it comes time to sell the flat in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrew.

Incredibly unprofessional service as property managers. Never get calls back, emails go unanswered for days (when there are emergencies). I would highly, highly, recommend looking for someone else to manage your property. I didn't know it would be this hard to simply communicate in the year 2023, but Winkworth has found a way.

Just moved into our first purchased house! From the first viewing to the completion day Andrew was amazing. Was great at getting us answers from the buyers, was efficient with communication and generally giving advice about buying your first home.

From start to finish Andrew was attentive, informative and knowledgable. My partner and I bought our first flat, keys collected today, and very happy with everything from the estate agents side. I would advise anyone reading this in the process of buying to really shop around when it comes to solicitors - despite buying the searches off a previous hopeful buyer and still took 24 weeks chain free, think they were the only mistake we made.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. Left my property undamaged and in good terms and they still didnt refund my deposit after more than a month. They said the new tenant hasnt paid their part of the deposit yet. I showed proof they did and they stopped replying to me.
