Not happy about their service, bought several shoes and paid by myself to send them back because the shoes are faulty. Even I mentioned several times that the size is correct but when I wear them I feel discomfort and It hurts my feet I was perfectly ignored ( because saying that the shoes are not faulty they'll ask me to pay the return delivery I discovered ) and as a result I paid to send them back and 1 pair I have to throw them because are faulty but they ignore It so they don't have to send me the refund. Just don't waste your time to buy from them, they also didn't send me back the full refund. never had problem to send back a faulty product so I wouldn't reccomand buying from them.

We're a shop based in Marylebone and we know Brand Boudoir, the owners and the team really well. All I can say is, for a small business like them, they are incredibly focused on customer service and on ensuring everything they ship is triple check for quality and consistency. They helped our shop out during the Covid Pandemic by helping us create a website so that we could keep going in business - and for that, they didn't even charge because they understood that there would be another business going under. Everything is clear on their website, exchanges are free and the team are great.
