        Honestly so far the best agency we found in London. We lived in one of their Flat for 6 years. Adam, Gary, Jamie and all the team were always ready to help for all our need. Even the maintenance team the few times we had something to fix, in one day maximum two everything was fixed. You feel that they really care about their tenants. They treat you like real people and not numbers which is very valuable in London. The only reason we left is beacuse we needed a bigger space. We want to thank you all for all these great 6 years, we really felt at home and you will always be a really important part of our life. Thank you Damy and Giuly

        I had a good experience with Flats & Studios during my tenancy and they were quite good in attending to urgent repairs and taking actions once reported. Maintenance of the flats and communal areas should be improved as well as ensuring that a regular cleaning service is carried out.
