I have worked with Burghleys twice, first to buy a property advertised through them and later to sell my property; the latter was based on my first experience which made my decision really easy. The first thing that I noticed was it was the same team that I bought through 4 years earlier showing the same high level of professionalism, friendship, patience & understanding of their clients needs. Their ability to listen and advise was priceless to me as well as their knowledge of the area, including history and future planing developments of certain areas and properties which underlines their policy of care and attention to the custormer. I honestly believe that my sale and purchase would have fell through if it were not for this team knowing exactly what to do, to the point of completing the sellers chosen agents job for them. My home was sold in less then 6 weeks to the "right" buyer and I moved into my new home in the same area within the usual time scale. Also of note; I used their recomendation of mortgage broker and solicitor who also get 5 stars. They tirelessly worked to get everything in place, including out of hour phone calls and gone 9pm emails! I was very impressed. In general they know the business, showing maturity of a trade mastered. Thank you again Howard & Team.

We used Burghleys to sell our house in Tufnell Park and were incredibly impressed with them. Howard, Ashley and their team were always contactable and provided great advice throughout the process. From our initial search for the right agent, we really felt that they understood the area and our property best. This aligned with an agent comparison site we used which said that they had a good record of selling properties quickly and at a good price. We had a tight timescale to sell in and they worked very hard to find us the right buyer quickly. We also found the team straightforward and approachable in their manner which compared well with other agents we spoke to. SUPERB SERVICE AND UNRIVALED LOCAL KNOWLEDGE We sold our house through Burghleys in January 2023. At all times, Howard Bloohn was incredibly helpful. The whole team has fantastic knowledge of the Tufnell Park housing market and the expertise to market our home in the most effective way. They secured a chain-free cash offer at a great price within 10 days of starting marketing and the deal progressed to completion. Howard was also very helpful in giving advice on a whole range of other issues including helping us research the areas we were interested in moving to - way beyond the call of duty! He and Kieran were also a great help to our buyer and treated both sides of the deal with equal understanding. We interviewed a number of other agents before deciding on Burghleys. Many of these gave us the usual exaggerated hype. We had none of this with Burghleys who were clear and professional throughout. We would highly recommend Burghleys to anyone buying or selling in the Tufnell Park area.
