kentish landscapes and property maintenance

We hired Luke W from Kentish Landscapes to upgrade our patio garden in May 2017 (13,000 job). Half way into the project, Luke realized that he hadnt ordered enough patio slabs, and the slabs he had laid on half of the patio had been discontinued in the meantime. Pulling those to replace everything sounded like a loss to him (those are his words) so after coming up with various excuses he simply left the project completely unfinished (see pictures) with an unfinished fence, no slabs, no storage, and never came back. By that time he had received more than 80% of the monies which we were naive enough to pay early into the project. Eventually we gathered proof that the supplier refunded Luke for the slabs, but he never gave anything back to us. We had to hire another company to finish the work on the patio (costing us another 7,000).
