Ordered some car air fresheners. On the site was advertised as being sold in pairs but arrived as a single item and the postage was insufficient so had to pay extra. Called them up, and pleasantly surprised not to get a bewildering array of options to choose. Got through to a person straightaway. Agreed to send the additional items straightaway and to refund the postage charge. Barely hung up the phone and the refund was already processed. Would confidently buy from them again.
