Tufnell Park Launderette

I have been here today for the first time, and I have to say I am really happy with it. As it was my first time, I wasnt sure how everything worked, but the lady working there was very helpful in showing me around. I was out in 1h with clean and dry laundry!

The tumble drying costs 1 for 4 minutes. Extortionate. The lady in the shop was very sweet though.

The washing machines leave the clothes stained. They destroyed my new towels, pyjamas and other items. Definitely, I would avoid at all costs. The staff does not speak English at all and the other is absolutely rude. One Turkish and the other from Eastern Europe.

My wife was served by someone who didnt speak English then charged 38 for one load of washing!? Is this really your normal rate??

Went there for dry cleaning. Very poor service. Had to go pick up clothes 3 times - first time, clothes had not arrived although the date was agreed; 2nd time, a shirt was missing; last time, the woman had no clue where the missing shirt was. The clothes were not well cleansed (still stained) or ironed. Will need to go somewhere else direct as clothes are not wearable in this state. Will no go back and dont recommend.
