Andrew was our main contact and his experience, calm approach and great communication was spot on. Matthew James is the antithesis of the pushy estate agent, they marketed the property well and brought round serious buyers and then dealt with the whole process in a very professional manner. Matthew James sold my flat in March and the service they provided was second to none. The online listing showed it in the best possible light; the photographer did a brilliant job, even repositioning furniture to achieve the best results. The negotiators' level of experience and professionalism was apparent on several occasions and they took away the stress from what could have a been a stressful experience. We used Matthew James to rent a property in London and it was essentially the best experience I've had with an agency. Matthew was extremely responsive and seemed like he actually cared about whether we got our perfect flat or not, which we did! The process was seamless and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
