Cem has work tirelessly to find us a buyer. for our 1 bedroom flat. Since September he has found us 2 buyers. The first buyer unfortunately pulled out because our solicitors were slow to answer queries but immediately Cem was on it and found us a cash buyer in a difficult market. He was able to negotiate a good price and has been really supportive with all queries we have had. Cem has a great and unassuming manner and goes out of his way to help. His communication has been exemplary at all times. We have been really appreciative of his support and guidance in what can be a stressful process. He has frequently provided advice to us on our onward purchase and this has been a great help.
