I ordered 3 roses in pots. The process was simple and efficient.
My roses all arrived together - all 3 in one cardboard box. The amount of packaging inside the box seemed to be adequate if it wasnt for the delivery firms driver. A large label attached to the box reads This Way Up but unable to read the driver carried the box upright! Causing two potted roses to fall and squash the (bottom) one. After removing the damaged parts of two roses I feel confident that the healthy plants will survive with much care! I have photos!
