This year 2023 will see me completing 6 years with Bluebird Care Camden and Hampstead. I enjoy my job as a care assistant and could not see myself in any other job sector. I enjoy supporting all my customers, I am lucky enough to have met some wonderful people along my journey, who without them would not make my job a rewarding experience daily. The office team are dedicated, always are welcoming when visiting the office. Many thanks to George, Karen and team for all you do not just for me but for my colleagues and customers. It has been a pleasure to work alongside each of you, long may I continue to support our customers to live independently in their homes.

At the end of lockdown, I used the extra time to retrain and complete an accredited course to prepare myself for working in Health and Social Care. Bluebird Care, Camden & Hampstead visited my college to offer an opportunity to work. I knew that Bluebird Care were an outstanding Care Organisation with the highest standards. My first year of being a Bluebird Carer was very rewarding for me personally. The whole Bluebird Care team, with other star carers and hardworking coordinators, especially Nadia, working under pressure, means that I am always motivated to support customers with living independently for longer in their own home.
