Dropped in on a holiday for a one off workout and the staff and coaches were really nice. Tough workout with a lot of snatches but good coaching

Brilliant, friendly local gym with expert coaches - really recommend it, especially for women who might be nervous about joining a cross fit gym - dont be x !

An excellent gym.super friendly but will push you to do things you didnt realise that you could do! Brilliant coaches n equipment.cant recommend it highly enough.

Place seems to have a lot of good reviews so not sure why the receptionist was so rude. I live close by and was looking for organised sports to keep me fit. I tried accessing the website and was shown an error on my phone and the same on my laptop, so I decided to call. I asked for some information because I couldn't access the website and the female receptionist decides to be very rude and patronising saying "I am wrong, it works for everyone". She wouldn't leave this point and continued to insist I am in the wrong, which I have no idea what she was trying to achieve here. She boasted how she attends the gym and said would email me the information. Hopefully I do get it beacuse i was seriously considering joining, but I'm doubtful because of her attitude.
