        I warn anyone thinking of taking on Shahid as thier Architect. He promises a lot and delivers little. A simple amendment to a planning application took 5 months rather than 2 months with a series of mistakes made along the way. In the end I had to get involved with the planning office to resolve the issue. Lost a lot of money due to this. I also paid for additional work for the conversation of the house into 2 flats upfront and Mr Shah will not refund the balance of the monies paid because I do not want to continue the process with him as I have no faith in his abilities. I am currently in the process of taking him to court and putting a formal complaint into the RIBA.
