Damaged carpet in adjacent room when carrying out works on behalf of insurance company. Put a screw into a carpet joiner with an impact gun and now refusing to acknowledge the accident and refusing to take responsibility in putting it right. Left us without a bathroom having ripped out the old one, and then ordered the replacement bathroom with lead times of a month. Only bathroom in the house Do not use this company
