Johnson's Seeds

Bought expensive seeds that didn't germinate. tried to use the website to request a replacement packet, but the website form doesn't work. called their number after hunting for it, on hold for ever. Don't waste your time and money buying their products, as they clearly do not care about their customers

Seriously don't recommend Johnson's Herb seeds. The Mint (Applemint) sachet was empty, the Organic Coriander (should be 100 seeds) and the Organic Basil (should be 300 seeds) were very low in quantity. This is too much of a coincidence. Sainsburys who stock them have informed their Trading Team.

Bought a packet of tomato seeds, inner sachet totally empty. Tried using online complaint system but after completion it doesn't allow submission. Unable to find any email address to contact them. Very poor.

I bought a packet of gunners manicata seeds, sowed them exactly as recommended, seeds germinated but as they grew a little I became suspicious so used the plant net app which identified them as either lobelia or radish. I rang Johnsons, obtained their email address and forwarded them some photos. After 2 weeks still no response, emailed again, no response. Rubbish seeds and rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs.
