A+ customer service from Full Throttle Performance, workmanship, knowledge, honesty, professionalism, high standard of work carried out. I am truly grateful that I am finally able to drive my car after 8 years and not use a tow truck numerous times since 2018. I had bad experience from previous workshop garages, who were cunning and deceitful with nothing but lies. They caused me stress and inconvenience to the point I gave up hope that I would never drive my car.. I even came to the point of selling the vehicle as I was fed up! The work was not done with reasonable care and skill by previous garages. To add the car was not in safe condition to drive due to petrol and oil leaks. I was advised to drive the car by previous garages with oil and petrol leaks. These leaks lead me to investigate further that the car had many other issues and missing parts. I had nothing but false promises from previous garages, unfair practices, time wasting, lies, that caused me further loss. I was caused inconvenience, stress and time waste from the previous garages. I contacted Full Throttle Performace and discussed my whole situation. Their immediate advice was not to drive the vehicle with a petrol leak or oil leak as this can cause a fire hazard on the road. They booked my car immediately and provided me a full vehicle health report. They also provided superb communication, expertise, skills, knowledge, professionalism and correct time frame to rectify my vehicle with regards to the issues since 2018. I was kept up to date with the work carried out on my vehicle, which was faultless and high standard. They are very honest and knowledgeable with regards to high performance tuning vehicles. I am truly grateful for Full Throttle Performance in rectifying my issues, that I no longer have to use a tow truck numerous times since 2018. Thanks to Full Throttle Performance I can start enjoying my vehicle 8 years later without stress. Finally I can now add mileage to the vehicle, which I had not driven correctly due to numerous issues since 2018.
