Nicki Thurgar Photography

Nicki has been an absolute dream! We booked her a year ago after I'd seen her in action at a friend's wedding and heard such good things from another friend. We initially chatted via Skype and Nicki was incredibly helpful and able to give suggestions and advice on the best package for us. She also included an engagement shoot which we found incredibly helpful as a practise session! My husband and I are not keen on our pictures being taken but Nicki was quick to put as at ease. On the wedding day, Nicki was fantastic and got many beautiful shots of all of us! Everyone commented on how lovely she was. She arrived early and jumped straight in to action. We had a very calm and positive start to the day and she definitely helped maintain this. Nicki had some gorgeous ideas for different shots which we will treasure forever. We had excellent communication throughout the booking process. If you are looking for a professional and friendly photographer then you'll be making the right choice booking her. Thank you Nicki! I am so glad that we chose Nicki to capture our special day, she did this absolutely perfectly and we could not have asked for better images as a memory book to remember the best day ever. The whole process was smooth from start to finish including the booking, pre-wedding shoot and on the day we hardly even noticed her snapping away. We had our images back so much faster than we thought we would which was a total bonus. Both Nicki and her second photographer Bev were brilliant on the day and our guests have commented on how lovely the photographers were. We were totally put at ease for our couples shoot both before the wedding and on the day and the images are just stunning. Best decision we made, thank you Nicki!!

Booking Nicki for our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. From the start of the booking process right through to receiving our beautiful photos, Nicki was friendly, helpful (including meeting us beforehand to get to know each other) and fun to work with. We wanted a photographer who didn't make us feel the photos were false and captured the essence of our wedding and nicki did not disappoint from start to finish she was professional, made us feel relaxed and shared a few laughs as well .. we will definitely recommend nicki to anyone who is looking for a professional photographer 5 stars are not enough
