        Had a problem with the invoice which was sorted out promptly. Engineer was thorough and pointed out that I needed a graphite seal on the heat exchanger which needs changed every 5 years and there was no record of it ever being done. The fault spark electrode cable connector was hard to reconnect and was advised that this will need replacing when the seal is done again. All in all a very professional and customer oriented service.
