    The rudest person ever dealing with an emergency alarm situation over the phone. If they had any involvement in my building management processes I'd be horrified. Some customer service training or a change of customer facing employees would be my suggestion!

    Poor poor unprofessional service from this company. I am throwing my money at them to be verbally abused by one of their staff members called Mark. Was told I have grudge against the neighbours as I am questioning why its ok for some people to break their lease terms and other cant. I asked to speak to a manager and Mark said he was the manager, but then after telling him that everyone has a senior they report to, to then be given an email for his manager. I emailed his manager Tim who said he would speak to Mark and ask Mark to e-Mail me and 3 weeks later I still have not had a response. Was also told by this company I can have a satellite dish put up, so all ready to go and then they say we cant. Really unprofessional as I could hear children screaming in the background too whilst on a phone call to them. So to summarise, if you want to hear screams, aspersions made about your character , false information and to pay for the pleasure to do so, go ahead and use this company.

    Awful company. No communication to tenants about changes they make to our block of flats. They put up bollards in our car park with no notification and have now blocked the visitor space also without notice. Meanwhile bin store is a state and doors in disrepair. No 'management ' in any sense of the word. Can't wait to move out.
