I found this company unreliable with initial meetings and then with the date to start my work.However, as they had been recommended to me I continued on... Despite providing a clear plan of the work it was not followed; I had to ask them to lay more slabs near the shed (as per the plan) and make good an edge near the fence which they attempted to leave rough and unsightly. The supposed railway sleeper edging timber is actually fence posts and 6 month later this edging is cracked, wobbly and not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact Will Pane several times to ask him to come and inspect the patio edging but my calls and texts remain unanswered. I would not recommend this company.
