Great location and well kept flat pitches. Poorly designed new loo emptying facility very surprising for a club site. Shower and loos beautifully clean but in need of refurbishment. There is a BP Pulse rapid charger at the races car park which is a relief if you have a plug in Hybrid as the clubs 9 flat charge to charge on site is unbelievably unfair to PHEV drivers. Would I go back ? Probably not.

It was all about the weather. When the weather is good it's very good, when its bad its terrible. The site is well kept, clean and tidy. The couple who singlehandedly run it deserve a medal. They were friendly, helpful and allowed me to move from a grass pitch to a hardstanding when I could not get level, for a fee of course. But the weather was atrocious, it rained most days and on the early hours of my birthday, 03:00 we had a thunderstorm night over the top of us. Mabye there is a message there. This happened in October so I should not be surprised really. There were plenty of pitches at this time of year and prices were very cheap. I imagine you would have to book early in the summer as it is the ideal stop off for Devon and Cornwall. If you are going to use the bus services be careful as they cannot be relied on. The bus going into Exeter was 20mins late and two of the three advertised services coming back just didn't happen, a local man told me this happens all the time. All in all I had a nice quiet time here Dog-friendliness: There are areas for dog walking

(Translated by Google) Beautiful, large and very quiet place next to the racecourse. Very good and clean sanitary facilities. (Original) Schner, groer und sehr ruhiger Platz neben der Pferderennbahn. Sehr gute und saubere sanitre Anlagen.
