        As a tenant of a social housing block I and my fellow tenants some of which have disabilities have been given the runaround for 4 weeks without a working lift. Only on 2 occasions has an engineer been out but no use. They now refuse to talk to us having had several previous conversations. So think twice if you're a building manager and want content tenants.
