        Great products and service. I have quite a few Palm items over the years and recently my second pair of gradient boots started falling apart after 10 months. Sent back for repair under warranty and replaced with a new pair without any hassle and in a reasonable time frame.

        Can't believe I managed to damage my kayak dry pants the day I bought them. But what I didn't expect was the fantastic level of customer service afforded to me by Emma at Palm. Nothing was too much trouble. So much so I will do my best to buy from Palm in the future.

        Excellent customer service and all round lovely people. My neck seal on my dry suit split a week before a trip abroad. They fast tracked the repair and got it back to me in time and were super friendly about it too.

        PALM Service are the Best!! Sent them 2 drysuits to be repaired over the busy X'mas period, received both back in lightning speed with excellent work carried out & great communication throughout the process!
