Very slow customer service. They don't seem to listen to my previous messages and they ask for useless information. They haven't managed to solve this one relatively basic issue I've had for over 2 weeks now.

DO NOT sign up for their internet service, they lie about their package speeds, nothing changed whatsoever after months of calling. Will be cancelling my contract and moving to another provider as even the 5G on my phone is more reliable than their Wi-Fi.

Worlds worst company. FRAUDULENT, UNHELPFUL, MONEY GRABBING, SCABBY COCKROACHES. Ive been overcharged by 3 months for bills and now Ive being completely ignored after a string of useless email replies from Glide. This company has absolutely zero interest in customer welfare whatsoever, they exist purely to benefit at the customers financial and emotional expense. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
