    Ive been practicing ashtanga yoga now for just over 5 years with various teachers, but Lucys classes and teachings have been where Ive really discovered my path. She is really an amazing teacher and friend. From a physical practice, to a mindful practice. A practice with focus on the breathe and later to find balance in my life. Lucys classes are unique with discovery through regular practice and understanding of my inner self. I have learnt to love and live my life in a more positive way that my yoga practice journey is both on the mat and living an ethical yoga practice in my everyday life. Lucys ashtanga sessions are soul food for my body and mind.

    I am 69 years old with knee, hip and wrist joint problems. With my physical issues I didnt think that I would be able to follow a yoga practice. With Lucys inspirational teaching methods, knowledge and patience, I have been able to achieve my yoga practice once again, attending her Well-Woman classes twice a week. Highly recommend

    I have been attending Lucys classes for 2 years and really value her as a teacher. She is very knowledgeable and very tuned in to her class participants. I have started supplementing the classes with 1:1 sessions which I find very rewarding. Lucy fills me with confidence and with her careful guidance I find myself doing things I never dreamed possible! I may never be a bendy Wendy but my body and mind are doing the best they can and getting better all the time. I highly recommend Lucy.
