Some people enter your life and dont really affect you. Anna Jester is NOT one of these people. From our very first chat, I was blown away by this lady. A week has past since our annual sales and management meeting, it was great to meet face to face with colleagues not seen for almost 2 years having all faced the challenges of Covid and Brexit head on. Naturally we reviewed the years performance but we also wanted something different and new, something empowering and engaging for our managers rather than the usual facts, figures and company directives. Well didn't we do just that with the attendance of the brilliant Ms Anna Jester, Founder and Director of Jester. Before the event we shared with Anna the company culture, performance and audience and a little guidance on what we would really like her to achieve from the opportunity to present to our management team and then we left her to it. Her time with us all on the day was fantastic and more importantly we had fun, from super hero's to party poppers and so much more. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, Anna was thought provoking and her innovative and vision of management "lead happy" touched us all. I'm certain we will all be better managers and leaders because of it, I know that I will be. Our sincere thanks to Anna and all at Jester for a remarkable and inspiring experience.
