        Kate did a very thorough and professional job in sorting the PWA for our build. Clearly 'knows her stuff' and was polite and prompt throughout. She came as a recommendation and seemed very fair on fees - and this is something you definitely do not want to skimp on

        Kate at The Party Wall Bureau Limited provided an excellent service, keeping us right when we were planning alterations to our house. She was thorough and gave a very clear explanation of what we needed to do. Kate then dealt with the Notice etc. very quickly. The Act is something that could be overlooked among all the other things you need to consider when doing building work but it's essential to get this right.

        If you're doing an extension this is a MUST. Kate and her team inspected my property and plans, then prepared my party wall notices for me. I'm very glad I appointed them as there were a number of issues that I wouldn't have considered which they drew to my attention. I now have complete peace of mind that I have the right documentation to start my building work.
