We had a delicious lunch in this very pretty restaurant near the castle. We loved the starters (the grilled goats cheese and the mushroom & bacon bake) as well as the main (grilled fish of the day and chicken supreme). We didnt try the dessert but we saw them and they looked really yummy - we'll definitely go for it too next time! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

Had a fantastic 3 course lunch with friends today. Food was fabulous and value for money was outstanding. Will be going back soon. Served by great stafffaultless well done to all.

First time dining here tonight with family and it didn't disappoint. This place has a really nice bistro vibe which is sort of upper rustic if such a term exists. Really great service, warm and friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed all our food. We did share a dessert but I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a photo. Definitely park in the queen and castle car park behind as way less faff. Check out the specials as they are delicious. I was a bit like meh the menu looks OK, but I had a feeling it would all be really nice and it was fresh, well sourced end just yum! Check this place out for an occasion or just because!
