Dickon changed the hot water tank, he arrived on time, professional, cleaned up after he finished the work, always polite and caring, checked to make sure everything was working, a bigger job than first thought but just got on with it even taking his shoes off before entering the house! I have used Dickon and Elite Heat 3 times now and have found him to be professional, punctual, courteous and all works have been done to a very high standard. Dickon has recently fitted a new central heating boiler system and today retrofitted a new radiator to a room that has never had a radiator before, and all the works have gone very smoothly and my partner super happy with the outcome! And it'll be saving us a fortune on the previous electric heating that we relied on in that room before...
