        Mark was very professional and helpful. We had a significant rat problem and it took time to sort out because the male rat was experienced and clever. Mark kept coming back and trying different things until a solution was found. He was clear and concise and reassuring which is exactly what I needed. He also kept me regularly informed about what was happening. The rats have now gone and Im extremely grateful. Thank you so much Mark! Service: Rodent extermination
